Founded in 2010, Mathaq Alalamy was established following firsthand experience in the Saudi retail market. While managing a chain of supermarkets across the Kingdom, founder Badr Bahlas identified a growing gap in the FMCG sector and the need for a reliable import and distribution partner.

The company began operations with a single monthly shipment imported from the United States. Today, Mathaq Alalamy manages over 15 shipments per month sourced from six global regions, reflecting steady, disciplined growth driven by market knowledge and operational reliability.
